MSCA funds 16 projects to strengthen long-term research careers in Europe
Improved working conditions and career prospects are the focus of this first "MSCA Choose Europe for Science" call.
A new model encouraging stable research careers
Choose Europe for Science builds on the MSCA’s strengths in boosting the attractiveness of research careers. They will employ and train them throughout their project and offer pathways to long-term prospects.
The scheme also spreads MSCA best practices by promoting
- high standards in selection and recruitment
- excellent working conditions
- high-quality training
