Horizon Europe Work Programme 2023-2024 – General Annexes

These General Annexes set out the general conditions applicable to calls and topics for grants and other forms of funding under the Horizon Europe main work programme, including the MSCA Work Programme. They also describe the evaluation and award procedures and other criteria for Horizon Europe funding. If a topic deviates from the general conditions or includes additional conditions, this is explicitly stated under the specific conditions for the topic. Applicants are invited to read the call documentation on the topic page of the Funding & Tenders Portal carefully, and particularly the General Annexes which provide clarifications and answers to questions on preparing the application.
