Info session on the MSCA Green Charter: a quick guide and practical ideas to conduct your projects sustainably

The MSCA Green Charter foresees that activities funded under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions should be performed as sustainably as possible. This lunchtime online session aims to unpack what that means.

17 October 2023

The MSCA Green Charter foresees that activities funded under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions should be performed as sustainably as possible. This lunchtime online session aims to unpack what that means.

We will be taking a closer look at the MSCA Green Charter itself

  • what it contains
  • how it encourages beneficiaries to improve the sustainability of their practices
  • how it can play a role in the evaluation of otherwise equal (“ex-aequo”) project proposals

The event will also be the occasion to present the main preliminary findings of a study recently completed by the European Commission on the Charter’s implementation. We will point to useful guidance material and invite past and current MSCA beneficiaries – individuals as well as institutions – to share tips on how their adopted sustainable practices in their own projects.

The event is interactive and will provide opportunities for questions and discussion on policy and practice in greening research.

This information session will not be recorded.
