Learn Mendelian inheritance with dragon breeding simulations

The proposed material consists of a website presenting the basics of Mendelian inheritance on the example of hypothetical dragon breeding. Teachers and pupils can use the interactive simulations enabling crossing of different dragon parents to produce offspring. The results can be used to teach pupils to decode the phenotype based on a given genotype, as well as to investigate the frequency of different traits in the produced dragon population. The activity also allows to download teaching materials that can be used in class offline.
